Dog Show Management Regulation (provisional)
1 го The regulation was established according to the regulation of C.N.K.C and national regulation related to strengthen the management of Dog Show, to reach international standard as soon as possible, so as to develop dog industry healthily.
2 го Secretariat of C.N.K.C will be in charge of making the Dog Show Plan of full year and macro-managing every show. All local organization dealing in dog business (Liaison Office available) will be responsible for carrying out the program of local dog show and reporting to C.N.K.C Secretariat in time.
3 го The Dog Show run under the breeds standard of F.C.I. Excellent dogs are encouraged to take part in Dog Show that placed on the program.
4 го Only dogs registered are allowed to join Dog Show and the owner must be the member of C.N.K.C. Owner who comes from HK, Macao or Taiwan must be the honorary member. Overseas dog must have owner in China who is C.N.K.C member also.
5 го Dog Show has four classes, which includes бо national show', бо local show', бо extra-united show' and бо single breed show'. All Shows must be enrolled into the full-year Dog Show Plan of C.N.K.C. Training and athletic game also is allowed to join into Dog Show.
National show would be held regularly in the appointed place by C.N.K.C every year.
Local show would be held by local organization regularly or irregularly .
Extra-united show should be an extra and regionally dog show of some or single breed that hold by a united institute.
Single breed is held by C.N.K.C, local organization dealing in dog business or dog club etc.
6 го Class graded, show process and the show regulation of Dog Show are conformed to the standard of F.C.I.
7 го Champion registration takes the system of Champion Competition Card (C.C.). Refer to C.C. Card, C.N.K.C will work out detailed regulation.
8 го C.N.K.C should adopt a system of add-up-point for victorious enrolled dogs, which attended show and full one year old. The rank list will be stated publicized. The point of one dog means the amount of players he defeated.
9 го Breed group is graded under the standard of F.C.I.
10 го Secretariat of C.N.K.C are responsible for designating and inviting the judge, according to regulations followed:
All work will be fair and open.
Judge must have obtained Certificate Paper issued by national organization or have be trained or authorized by C.N.K.C.
Judges aren't allowed to join the same show in 2 continuous years, also shouldn't deal in dog business in 5 continuous years. C.N.K.C has the rights to dismiss the judge who is disclosed to do that. C.N.K.C. would announce the judge list on the official web of C.N.K.C 2 months before the show.
Show organizer ought to submit judge reports signed by every judge to C.N.K.C after show .
11 го The player could be forbidden to attend sports game one year in case that unfair competition or disobey judge. The owner will take on full legal duty for dog of ruttish or aggressive attending sports game.
12 го The Secretariat of C.N.K.C council will be responsible for the regulation.
13 го The regulation will become effective since the issue date.
