Kennel Registration Management Provisional Regulation

The first item

This regulation is established to enhance kennel management, to accelerate the communion and cooperation of kennels or kennel industry with other industry, to heighten management level, and to benefit for economy and society.

The second item

There shall be enough room and enrolled dogs when applying Kennel the registration.

The third item

Members need to put forward an application to liaison department of CNKC, and fill in the Kennel Name Registration Application forum. Upon auditing its qualification, “ A Kennel Name Registration Certification ” will be granted to the Eligible applicants.

The fourth item

Once kennel being enrolled, CNKC will ensure the uniqueness of its name. It is intended to be no Kennel share a same name. The registration process will be on a first come first service basis.

The fifth item

CNKC provides registration service for the bred pure-blood dogs from enrolled kennel .

The sixth item

Before January every year, the owner of kennel shall pay the annual fare on yearly basis (before the end of the Jan), otherwise, CNKC reserve the rights to terminate the its membership and enroll its existing Kennel name to other applicants.

The seventh item

Members can apply a kennel name of permanent enrollment. If the application be confirmed, the kennel name owner should get to use for whole life.

The eighth item

The kennel name enrollment bill:

  The first time enrollment fare is RMB300;

  Annual fare is RMB150;

  The fare of permanent kennel name is RMB2000;

  CNKC Members enrollment fare is free.

The ninth item

The Secretariat of CNKC council will be responsible for this regulation.
